I started Beast Work Sports & Training with a purpose of helping different age groups reach their full potential on and off the basketball court. Before coaching, I was a former standout at Mountain View High school (Stafford, VA) and was a member and team captain of a nationally ranked (8th in the nation) AAU team called the Fredericksburg Premier. After my senior year, I played one year of college basketball at Eastern Mennonite University. After my one year, I made a transition into the coaching world with the goal of building a relationship with the kids I work with, helping them set and achieve their goals, and motivate them to work hard on and off the court.

Currently, I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and assistant coach for the Fredericksburg Premier who has experience working as a physical therapy technician, assistant coached multiple basketball teams from middle to high school.
