private group Basketball skills Training (all ages): Open to everyone of all ages, this would include skills training such as ball handling, defense, shooting, footwork, and improving basketball IQ. Sessions are normally 1-2 hours long. Sessions fill up quickly so don't miss out on an opportunity to get better.
Basketball Training......$20 per session
Weightlifting sport-based training (Ages 14+): This type of training involves weight training for upper and lower body based on preseason and postseasons. Every other day will be different. Sessions are usually 30 minutes-1 hour.
Sport-based weight training.....$15 per session
Private 1 on 1 skill Sessions: Want me to focus specifically on you? Evaluate and see what you need work on? I offer private 1 on 1 sessions for skills, weight training, Plyometrics, etc. These types of sessions I let the players choose what they want to work on. These sessions would require you to schedule an appointment with me. Duration is 1-2 hours.
Private 1 on 1 Sessions.....$30 per session
Virtual training: Not available to train in person but want to still find a way to work on your game? No problem. I offer training sessions through Zoom. Most important thing is to have a ball and space. Sessions are 1-2 hours long.
Virtual Zoom Sessions.....$15 per session
Training packages: Like what's being taught and want to go more than the scheduled days? I offer training packages for 4 sessions. More details will be added.
